All programs are reviewed before acceptance. Submitting this application does not guarantee approval or airtime. Do not submit payment at this stage.

STATEMENT OF CHRISTIAN FAITH

Heartbeat Christian TV is a Christian broadcasting network committed to programming consistent with biblical principles.

Those applying to become Heartbeat Christian TV programmers are required to sincerely affirm the following:

“I profess Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I have personally placed my faith in Him for salvation, and I sincerely strive to live my life in accordance with the teachings and principles of the Holy Bible.”

In your own words, please tell us about your personal faith in Jesus Christ, how you came to know Him as your Lord and Savior, and what your Christian faith means in your life today.

30-minute slot: PROGRAM CONTENT MAY NOT EXCEED 28:00. 60-minute slot: PROGRAM CONTENT MAY NOT EXCEED 55:00. The remaining airtime is reserved by Heartbeat Christian TV for network identification, advertising, promotions, announcements, and other network content.

Provide at least one complete representative episode, using YouTube, Vimeo, a cloud share link, your program website, or another accessible video URL. Please use a link we can access without requesting special permission whenever possible. A trailer or promotional video alone is not sufficient. No video-file upload is required.

PROHIBITED PROGRAMMER SPONSORSHIPS

Programmer-supplied sponsorships, advertisements, product placements, endorsements, or other commercial content may not promote or advertise:

  • Alcohol
  • CBD or cannabis products
  • Prescription drugs
  • Gambling or wagering
  • Sexually provocative or sexually explicit products or services
  • Profane or obscene content
  • Political candidates
  • Political campaigns
  • Political parties
  • Ballot measures
  • Political advertising

COPYRIGHT, OWNERSHIP & PERMISSIONS

By submitting programming to Heartbeat Christian TV, you represent that you either own all rights necessary to use and distribute all material contained in your programming OR have obtained express written permission, licenses, releases, or other authorization from the applicable rights holders.

This applies to music, video, photographs, graphics, recordings, performances, interviews, advertisements, promotional material, and other third-party content.

Heartbeat Christian TV may request written proof of ownership, licensing, permission, release, or authorization at any time.

SUCH PROOF MUST BE PROVIDED WITHIN TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS OF HEARTBEAT CHRISTIAN TV'S REQUEST.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 24 hours may result in immediate suspension or removal of affected content.

STEP 5 OF 7Airtime Request

AIRTIME REQUESTS ARE PREFERENCES ONLY.

Submission of preferred days or times does not guarantee availability or assignment of a particular broadcast slot. Final airtime will be determined during the approval and contracting process.

Peak and non-peak definitions have not yet been finalized.

INTRODUCTORY PROGRAMMING RATES

Heartbeat Christian TV's introductory programming rates are intentionally priced unusually low as we work to build a full and diverse programming schedule as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Introductory pricing does not guarantee permanent ownership of a specific time slot at that rate. If another programmer later offers a higher rate for a specific time slot, the existing programmer will receive the first right of refusal to retain that time slot at the increased rate.

If the programmer declines, Heartbeat Christian TV will provide thirty (30) days' written notice before terminating the programmer's rights to the affected time slot. When suitable alternative airtime is available, Heartbeat Christian TV may offer another time slot at the existing rate.

SIX-MONTH COMMITMENT

Approved programmers will generally enter into an initial six (6) month Programmer Airtime Agreement. Checking this box does not itself create the six-month contract. The contract begins only after the applicant is approved and the separate Programmer Airtime Agreement is executed.

AUTOMATIC PAYMENT & PROCESSING FEE

Approved programmers will be required to establish an automatic recurring electronic payment method. Electronic payments are subject to a five percent (5%) payment processing fee in addition to the applicable programming charge.

NO PAYMENT IS COLLECTED WITH THIS APPLICATION.

FAILED-PAYMENT POLICY

If an automatic payment fails, programming may be suspended and will remain suspended until all amounts due have been successfully paid and cleared.

A programmer will have seven (7) calendar days from a qualifying failed payment to bring the account current.

More than one qualifying payment failure during a six (6) month contractual term will result in immediate cancellation of the Programmer Airtime Agreement and removal of the programmer's programming from Heartbeat Christian TV, without an additional grace period.

Heartbeat Christian TV may use released airtime for other programming.

STEP 6 OF 7Technical Readiness

Heartbeat Christian TV's final Technical Delivery Specifications will be provided separately. Selecting “I need additional information” does not automatically reject your application.

VOD distribution is separate from linear airtime and may require separate authorization, terms, and/or fees. This question expresses interest only and creates no VOD agreement.

FINAL CERTIFICATION

By submitting this application, I certify that the information I have provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, airtime, a particular broadcast time, or any particular audience or results.

I understand that Heartbeat Christian TV reviews all programming before acceptance and retains final editorial discretion concerning programming distributed through its network.
